He later earned an AA Rosette during his tenure at Harvey’s of Ramsgate, marking a defining moment in his culinary journey.
Now based in the United States, Chef Cobb blends classic technique with modern creativity, crafting intimate dining experiences designed to bring people together, one thoughtfully prepared dish at a time.
